We are committed to the quality and the safety of the ingredients. We purchase vegetables directly from local organic farmers and use custom-order sausages made by a long-established German sausage maker in Shizuoka(which has won 12 gold medals in German international contests).? For the roast beef, we use home grown Japanese Black beef and our original seasoning.
